Cheateau Chenonceau

AMBOISE: Started out today having amazing crepes and omeletes. Then on to tour The Chateau of the Loire, which houses the final resting place of Leonardo Da Vinci.

Then, on to Le Clos Luce, the retirement home and place where Da Vinci passed. There were many exhibits that showed the creative mind of Da Vinci as being as much of an inventor and thinker then as an artist.

Last on the agenda, Cheateau Chenonceau. Originally built in the 1400's, this place was beautiful!

Finally, to a fantastic 3 hour dinner with 2 bottles of wine. Tomorrow, on to Tours. Eating in France is wearing us out...
